Who is Referral Alliance Inc.?
We are a real estate Corporation licensed by the Illinois Department of Finance and Professional Regulation. Referral Alliance acts as a licensed "holding company" for real estate licensees who wish to maintain their real estate licenses on "active" status without incurring the fees required to practice in a traditional real estate environment.
Referral Associates
Our Referral Alliance members are referred to as "Referral Associates." Referral Associates may be licensed managing brokers, brokers, or leasing agents. Some of our members have real estate experience while others have become members right after passing the state examination. Referral Associates generate referral commissions by referring potential buyer and seller clients to Referral Alliance's Designated Managing Broker for placement with full-time professionals. All referrals are placed by Referral Alliance with various brokerage firms who agree to pay a referral commission upon successful closing of the referred transaction.
Our Mission
We provide our members with a vehicle to navigate the ups and downs of this formidable industry, while still keeping the opportunity for earning referral income open! Our members can be sponsored by us as long as they like― without the high expenses of traditional real estate practice!
