Placing a Seller Referral

Required Information

To better assist the potential Seller you are referring, it is important to secure the following information: 

  • Seller(s) name(s)
  • Current address (including the address of the property they are selling, if it is not their principle residence)
  • All contact information, including email address(s).  

In the event the Seller is selling their principle residence, it is important to ask them if they will be purchasing a new residence.  If so, they may be a potential Buyer referral as well. Referral Alliance can assist them even if they are considering moving to another state.  Please refer to "Place a Buyer Referral" for complete details on placing buyer referrals.

Submission Details

Once you have obtained all the necessary informationfor the referral to be placed, please submit your "Seller Referral" online to Referral Alliance by emailing Designated Managing Broker, Dawn M. Svenningsen at: dsvenningsen@comcast.net.

  • Please be thorough when submitting the required information, and be sure to include "Seller Referral" in the subject line of your email.
  • Please be sure to include your name and contact information when submitting potential referrals.
  • You may request a company or an agent you wish the referral to be placed with, providing the company agrees to pay Referral Alliance a 30% referral fee on the gross listing commission. Referrals may only be placed by the Designated Managing Broker of Referral Alliance for a Referral Associate to receive commission when the transaction closes. 
  • In the event you do not request a particular company, Referral Alliance will use its professional judgment to select a company/agent with a proven track record to place the referral with. 
  • Referral Alliance reserves the right to place all referrals with the company/agent who will provide the best service to the client/customer being referred.
  • After the referral is placed, you may initially follow-up with the Seller as a courtesy, but are prohibited from interfering with the transaction.  Any concerns should be directed to the Designated Managing Broker of Referral Alliance. 
  • Under no circumstances may a Referral Associate directly place a referral or agree to a referral fee commission. This can only be done by the Designated Managing Broker.
