"I have been a member of Referral Alliance for many years. Prior to joining, I knew nothing about real estate, except what I had heard. 'It's a dog eat dog business, guard your phone calls and contacts, and don't ask for too much help, you’re on your own.'
After passing the State Exam, I received an invitation from Dawn to come aboard and join the family. I accepted the invitation and was in for a surprise. Dawn and the Referral Alliance family were so different than what I had heard about the industry prior to joining. When I met Dawn at my first CE class, she introduced herself and the members and, by the time class was over, I knew I was in a good place.
Dawn began emailing me right away with everything I needed to know. Updates were coming in regularly and any questions I had, she was (and still is) quick to reply. Dawn always takes the time to walk me through step- by- step, while all the while, she’s there and ready to help.
During a renewal year, I was attending a live CE class with Dawn, and I became extremely ill the first day of the two-day session. I wasn’t sure what to do. I knew I couldn’t renew my license without completing the state requirements for CE and, at that moment, I thought I’d just give up… Give up on completing the CE courses required for renewal and let my license go. Dawn had other thoughts, reaching out to the educational provider and arranging for me to be able to complete the missed class online. She also kept up with me by email until my health was restored. I felt that was a milestone in our relationship and it’s grown more ever since."
